Recruitment Process

GTIPL follows a structured and transparent recruitment process to ensure selection of skilled, qualified, and compliant manpower as per statutory norms, project requirements, and client-specific standards.

Our recruitment process is conducted through a structured and transparent three-stage approach:

  1. Document Shortlisting & Interview
    The company shortlists candidates based on their submitted documents and calls eligible applicants for an interview.
  2. Skill Assessment
    Candidates’ skills and suitability are evaluated during the interview process as per the specific job requirements.
  3. Training & Deployment
    After the interview, selected candidates undergo one week of training based on the allotted work order from government departments or corporate offices.

    • The company provides every security guard with a company ID card and complete uniform.

    • All employee wages are paid exclusively through electronic payment modes, ensuring transparency and compliance.

    • GTIPL regularly complies with statutory obligations and pays EPF, ESI, and GST on a monthly basis.
